- You purchase credit packs (one-time purchases).
- Unless otherwise stated at checkout, credits are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Unused credits expire after this period and cannot be refunded or reinstated.
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for delivered credits except where required by applicable law.
- If a purchase error occurs (for example, duplicate charges or credits not delivered after successful payment), contact us and we will investigate. If confirmed, we will correct the error by crediting your account or, where applicable and required by law, process a refund.
- Refunds are not provided for expired or unused credits.
